If your condition stops you from doing something, then it is a disability.
If your condition makes it difficult for you to complete a task, then it is a disability.
Dont let others tell you you “arent disabled enough” and invalidate your experience.

just think about how grateful your future self will be if you keep going. how glad you will be for having worked so hard. it will all be worth it.
not being really overweight but not being thin is a weird place because you never look quite as good as your friends and you’re in that spot that everyone tells you “you’re not fat!” but doesn’t want to say you’re thin and no matter if your weight shifts you always sort of look the same to yourself and in some situations you can hide your appearance but in others its alarmingly obvious, and buying clothes is like a luck of the draw as to if you’ll look thin or huge because it feels like there isn’t an in between
I’m tired of temporary happiness. I’m tired of temporary pleasure. I’m tired of temporary people. I’m tired of temporary conversations and connections.
when people ??? yell at me??? and ??? expect me Not To Cry???????
how about a shout out to the people who have the “ugly” symptoms like obsessing over others, having fits of rage, idolizing people, debating their validity constantly, crying over the tiniest things, depending on others for validation. shout out to the people who are frustrated with not being able to control their own mind. you guys rock! i understand that feeling and i’m here for you!
